Dina El Nayal

Dina is the Founder and CEO of ProLEAD for Training and Project Management Services.
With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field, Dina has managed many successful projects in different phases. She also led teams for proposals management and business development·

She was awarded the “Employee of the year” in 2015 by Triangle Group. Her experience is backed up by MBA from Cardiff University in Marketing, essential project management certificates (PMP, IPMA and PRMG), TOT Diploma from Cambridge Univ, and Bsc. of Civil engineering - Ain Shams University.
Furthermore, Dina has trained and mentored many project managers and entrepreneurs and was invited in several events as speaker and mentor.
